So what's this all about? Well seeing as you asked, it's a continuation of something I started many moons ago in 2004 when I took a six month-long sabbatical.
That all ended in February 2005, and so did the blog.
I now have a new objective: To complete my PhD thesis by September 2012. Don't ask me what it's about because you'll wish you hadn't and so will I.
Method: To live in a New Haven apartment for a month and study the collection held at Yale, then 'write-up' like a thing possessed. This is a challenge, and there are bound to be a few thrills and spills along the way. A-hey-hey.
Strengths: It's much better than working for a living.
Weaknesses: Truly believing that time is elastic and I can control its ebb and flow.
Opportunities: Becoming a doctor and being able to say 'Trust me' and mean it.
Threats: Having a social life and many smashing friends.
I think that's all.

Ah no, all over New York and all over. Never mind chappie off to frog land and before you know scalling the height to the big dollop which Ken built...does that depress you...Had a nice attempted murder at the bottom of my road Sunday, x3 people stabbed in a big fight and the air ambulance in view. Bloody marvellous the way they land that thing in a small car park. Still life in Palmers Green is never dull. As for your last few days in NY, can you not go on a 'Friends Tour' now how disgusting would that be. Damian
